At this time, no returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted on any product, including custom work, in-stock and pre-ordered merchandise. However at this time, returns and exchanges cannot be offered through Lostsolesnj.com *see above. We are NOT responsible for manufacturing defects of any kinds.

If an in stock purchase has to be cancelled on our end due to out of inventory or some error, the order will not be subject to the same store credit only option as for pre orders and a full refund will be given back to the original payment method.
